Wheel Alignment Cost - Buyer Experiences and Price Information

Just called around to get quotes in the area and each place wanted the same 79.99. Shops were, Firestone Auto, Pep Boys, Merchants, NTB, and a few mom and pops. Some places offered a $10 discount.

That is a rediculous price to pay for a 4 wheel alignment ,especially if you HAVE to take it to your dealership where you purchased it because your car is factory set nobody else can do the alignment,and if you do bring your car somewhere other than the dealership and something goes wrong ,they will deal with you...........

used a $10 online discount dropping it down from $89.99. it needed doing because of uneven wear on all four tires. we had just had 4 new tyres fitted so drove straight to sullivans where they did it within an hour fifteen minutes. very pleased with service...we declined their $199 offer of a lifetime warranty, seeing as it only covers one more alignment!

This vehicle tracks perfectly straight to me, but because it was in a previous minor fender bender, the government of manitoba says it has to have a 4- wheel alignment to pass safety. This auto repair shop is a complete rip off and are just taking advantage of people. They tried to charge me twice for the initial inspection of $89 because they found a bent tab on the trailing arm bracket which is also the jacking point for this vehicle. It didn't even squeeze the bushing. Just an excuse to charge more money. They should have informed me first off. Now after i replaced the bracket they want to charge me another $300 to finish the alignment. I am taking a $100 loss and going to try and find an honest repair shop. and start over. Don't ever take your car to THE CUTTING EDGE IN WINNIPEG, MB. What a complete bunch of CROOKS... How can our pathetic government let these shops operate....UNBELEIVABLE.....

Done at the same time as when four new tires were purchased and installed. Not sure if the alignment was really necessary though.

i have cupping at 18,000 on a 08 sable. Life Time alignment with one transfer. I keep my cars 100,000+ so it's worth it. I have all my car work done at Total Choice in Lady Lake Fl.

I thought this was high...but I had just spent $600 on tires and would think there would be a discount for that since it is a necessary service to protect your tires from abnormal wear

Johnny is the manager & his mechanics are fast & professional even replaced one wheel stud that another store jacked up. Aligned then took for test ride & rides straight as arrow. Check em here
