Great Service, I was able to bring in my without appointment. I do not mind paying high price for service for my Car as long it done right the first time and they use quality parts. |

After reading the above comments I have realized that 99% of the motoring public knows little to nothing about a proper alignment or what it takes to acheive one.. As far as tech "breaking' bolts..blame your car, corrision and yourself for vehicle neglect.....Aligning with bad parts .No way..waste of my time and your money.. 150.00 to 200.00 for tires and an alignment is to expensive...How much did your last video game, cell phone or pizza cost you...50 bucks for an alignment...50 bucks for a video game...Priorities, priorities, priorities...Bought any beer lately, how bout' ciggeretes or weed...It's your car.IT'S YOU OBLIGATION TO SEE THAT IT IS MAINTAINED....CARS THAT DON'T HAVE FACTORY ADJUSTMENT BUILT IN...Blame the mfg.. not the tech..We truthfully don't want to spend hours installing aftermarket adjuster even though they are a profit booster .Plummers, electricians, H-Vac ,cooling and heating all charge much higher labor rates tham auto shops...Our hourly is $45.00... All the plumbing companies around here charge an average of $100.00 and hour.. makes ya' think...I have a plumber friend who has all the personal tools he will ever need to do his job at a cost of about $2000.00... My tools right now are at about $40,000.00 and I must buy new ones every year to keep up with changes to technology.. 40 grand.. Thats what i make in a year... My tool payment is higher than my car payment.. As for price, you must take into account that although the writer of the article claims that alignment is"all labor and no parts" (which in itself is not true sometimes) you have to concider 50 to 75 thousand foran aligner and lift..Constant maint...printer ink, electrisity, rent, payroll, taxes, insurance, workmans comp, snow removal, yearly database updates which are around 3 to 4 thousand a year..Bottom line if you don't want to pay...Purchace ypuself a level, tape measure, plumb bob, caster/camber guages and we'll se how fast your tires wear out |

Had a $10 off coupon (was 89.95, now 79.95). They noticed I had a bent tire so replaced it for free. Thank you!! My steering wheel is tighter, felt like a new car when I drove it. They always do quality work!!! |

Cost advertised was $91 but they added $9.01 for shop materials (nothing required for my vehicle). Their extra hidden charges cover the rags, disposable gloves, soap, etc. they use in their shop. Seems to me this should be a part of the price. Just say the cost is $100 for an alignment up front! |

Don't even bother going there..shop around and don't use places that pay high overhead..they use you to pay the rent!...rip off artists...I needed 2 tires..no prob..cost me 164.00...that's just buying and putting them on..then they told me I needed right and left lower ball joints or they couldn't align..which is true..BUT..they quoted me parts $89 EACH and labor $117 EACH...No way..I went to a tire dealer..that's all he does..tires..the part for one wheel costs only $22.00..so I got this done for $200!! Shop around everyone..most of the places don't look so great on the outside..but let me tell you..they do the best work for the best price..the local guy wants to stay in business..no franchises..it's their life..everything comes w/a guarantee, warranty..so don't worry..but do ask for one! |

I took my car in for two new front tires, an alighment and the shop broke off a bolt on the front arm. They tried to get the bolt out but couldn't and now want to cut the arm off and replace the entire thing. They are going to charge ME for something they broke off. This isn't fair to me the consumer that only took my vehicle in for about 350 bucks tops. |

This seems like a total rip-off. Car is suppose to come with full 4-year complimentary maintenance. After thinking about it, the car may have come with this problem; only 13 months old. No way to tell. Will never go back to this dealer, and may go to small claims court with above information. |

Dealership communicated they don't perform 2-wheel alignments as once one set (e.g., front) aligned, the other set (e.g., back) becomes mis-aligned. |

I called 8 places in our area regarding tires for our Hyundai. The Bridgestone tires wore out in 2 years (19,000). Bridgestone refused to give any compensation...won't buy Bridgestone tires again! Other places wanted to do the job (for 18" tires) $700-1,000. Dakota did it for $620, with more expensive Goodyear tires. Said that a wheel alignment was needed. (could have been why the tires wore out early). Additional charge of $120 for 4 wheel...I figured that it was good to do it all at once, plus it was only a little over all the other estimates w/o the wheel alignment. A little high, I guess, but the other places were in that range too. I figure that it saved me another appointment hassel. These guys have never done us wrong in the past. |

I had my rack and pinion replaced recently by my mechanic (Budtho Auto located at Colorado Blvd in Eagle Rock Calif--the most honest, well priced and reliable auto mechanic in California -- in my opinion). He recommended that I get an alignment which is recommended after getting a rack and pinion replaced. I went to Just Tires and they did my front wheel alignment for $59.95 plus free wheel balancing because I bought my tires previously at their location. I waited for about an hour in their waiting room with TV and newspapers. I think their service was great. I checked first with my mechanic if I needed a front wheel or 4 wheel alignment because the 4 2h3ll cost $20.00 more. My mechanic told me just to get the front wheel alignment. It is best to consult your mechanic if you need services outside of his shop because you can save money doin so. |

I bought 4 new tires and had them installed at Discount Tire. They recommended a wheel alignment since the fronts had worn unevenly. I called Nationwide Safety Brakes and Alignment Center for a price on alignment and was quoted $85.00 for a 4 wheel alignment. I also needed two studs on the left front replaced. The total came to $155.13 including the two studs being replaced. It took 1 1/2 hours without an appointment. I am satisfied with their work and the charges. They seemed to be honest and I was a satisfied customer which is all one can ask for. |
