I paid 191.00 for a life time alignment ( which only covers ONE after the initial alignment + life time tire rotation). All in all, I wish I would have done my homework because that cost is a rip off. |

Front wheels: steer ahead read 0.27 degree before alignment, after alignment it read 0.01 degree. They initially ask for 74.99 + tax. Finally, they give me $20 off. It is just stantard alignment. I feel too expensive! Bad experienece in Tire Plus |

Rear tires were worn on the inside tread. Fronts wore evenly. Also one rear tire was cupping. So when I rotated these=an annoying throbbing road noise developed. The rear setting was to negative. The ride now is quite. |

That was a quote, still shooing around. I hate when the shop tells me all the expenses they have. Aliment is labor only, period. Don't wind to me about the cost of your equipment, if you paid too much that's your problem. I'm going with the average cost $75-95 for 2 FWD wheels. |

Front end Wheel Alignment: amazing in the differences of costs... I got quotes all over the area from $39.95 - $89.95 sounds like I'm in the wrong business if there is a $50.00 differences between businesses. I called my usual mechanic, who doesn't do this service, to see who he recommended and he said the best in town is Alray Tire... $39.95! The best AND the cheapest sounds like a really solid business! |

Called around town to get a quote and Dan Thomas Auto Center was the cheapest. I made an appointment and the minute I arrived they were ready to start on my vehicle. It took right around an hour and they even found my washer fluid was low so they filled it for no charge. I will definitely be back to this shop next time I need anything! Hope this is helpful! |

The typical price around where I live (Orange County, California) does wheel alignment for 40 dollars (10 dollars each wheel). They use some big laser machine that flashes like a strobe light. Anything higher than $40 dollar for an alignment is considered a rip off.
James Auto located next to the 7/11 down Garden Grove Blvd near Costco.
Expect to wait for awhile if it's not early in the morning or Saturday, they always get tons of cars going in and out of the place. |

Went to Firestone today (2/28/10) for a four wheel alignment on my 2000 Honda Civic SI. They quoted me $69.99. They had a coupon on their website for $10 off on the wheel alignment. I brought the coupon with me. I was in and out of the door in about an hour and 15 minutes and I paid $59.99. Not a penny more. |

I am auto mechanic and i Align all different types of cars, and trucks. Weather its a typical car with OEM specs or a custom alignments for sport/race cars and off road trucks which can cost more depending on the vechicle
And just to comment on the main heading. some cars do require parts to be purchased in order to make adjustments. which can effect the over all price of a alignment. |

4 Wheel alignment, 6month/6000 mile warranty. They also gave me a full color print out of each wheel specs before the alignment and the wheels after. They put large octagon sensors on each tire while the machine flashed red lights at them which responded to the computer. Kinda cool. |
